Hasn't been tried off of the key at all and no it wont turn over by hand, almost like it's been damaged putting it in to the car, but certain it wasn't :/ thanks for your interest Sam
Have just finished rebuilding my F4R engine, have had it turning over by hand in the work shop (10x) , dropped it into the bay, tried turning it over one more time before starting it up and it's turned a little over half way then come to a stop.
Parts replaced, Big end bearings, APR's, Rings...
Thanks guys, yeah it has taken a while, done all the paint work inbetween waiting for parts (and funds) lol, primer and sprayed under pressure, everythings had 3 coats though for a good build up!
I've been told by a Renault Specialist that 60nm is correct (and they have now been tightened to that) however have seen people saying its 20nm and also checked with a (non specialist) garage and auto data is saying 20nm, i know auto data should been taken with a pinch of salt! Just wondering...

After a fair few hours of "self preparation" to keep some of the costs down i dropped of few the items that were to be sprayed in high gloss black down to Colour Tec "my local sprayers" Pretty happy with the results!
