i have a flammer and have painted the callipers in silver, and the hubs black in readiness for the wheels being refurbed in Gloss Black...
callipers and hubs done in hammerite smooth.;)
no issues with the hammerite.
Mish's fault for me,... Valeted her car a good few months ago. she planted the seed...
really wanted a silver one, but the Flamer was standing out like a sore thumb on AT went to view and the rest is history....
just as a heads up, Onyx is not recommended for winter protection, but the finish is excellent, i use it as part of my wax upgrade options during the summer....
As Rich has said BOS is a superb product, cost wise it is expensive, but the protective qualities out way the cost.

if you want a real challenge and some stunning views of the Coniston area, have yourself a walk up Coniston old man, tough going but the views are stunning...
