Re: The PH1 172 Aprreciation Thread. for me middo/craigs and are my joint fav ph1s then in very close second its bazzon/barrons :) but all the ph1s in this thread are mint :D i like to see them with ph2 rear lights and also the bumpers as i thing it just finishes them off.

mine makes an awful noise (grinding, nocking, also sligh virbration) when turning left and also when driving around 65-70mph so i suspeced driveshaft so foned up and booked it in. now the otherside is making the same noise so now a need a pair, :( gutted. as said tho it may be a c.v joint...

altho thats not as bad as the first pic i still would rather spend all my hard earned cash on a 182 or 197 r27, cup etc than that. :rolleyes: surely the best of the clio r.s has been and gone :dapprove: fingers crossed this is not the case:quiet:

those are expensive from renault £500 alone for the roof sticker and £50 each for al the others:eek: (was told this in a previous post i made bout 3 month ago) look on ebay £15 for the sides and bumpers iirc. in my personal opinion i think those stickers only look gud on white so i would say go...

does any1 no of any aftemarket alloys that will fit 197, i have seen some 18" turinis but i dont want to get 18" alloys:S i would prefer o.z ultrallagers or team dynamics in 17inch but cant seem to find any1 who sells these!:dapprove: any help would be great and if u have pics with aftermarkets...

does any1 no how to take off the wiper arms from a 1.2 8v mk2 ph1 clio any help would be great:). i am trying to get the water bottle out as its doesnt seem to be letting water in the pipes :dapprove: and need to remove the wipers to take off the plastic covers to get to the water...
