A cracked engine mount was the last nail in the white shell. Couldn't be assed with it anymore. So bought Jay S old shell :) Its original engine will be reunited back with its old shell :) Bought one of these White shell ready for scrap man :) Currently has no panels on...

I wouldn't even bother with uprated conrods. Thought you were aiming for 230/240? If so the conrods are good for way past that.

I would mount the throttle body before the supercharger for both designs. If you don't they make a terrible noise of constant whine. Mx-5 owners use 2 throttle bodys to get around the noise. Mounting the supercharger straight to inlet would work just dont go over spinning the supercharger and...

Pulleys effect the timing of the cams which open the valves. Have nothing to do with ignition.
