1. with the remote central locking, how far away should you be able to unlock the car from. i have a mk2 99 model and at the moment you have to point the key directly at the sensor by the sunroof and even then it doesnt always work first time. is my battery flat or are they all like this...

ive used the boot catch as well...if i was to touch it when the amp was running would it give me a shock?

fit the kit yourself....much much cheaper. painting would cost a few hundred prob - but you can do the paintin yurself as well..

how much can i pick up a better battery for? and what does a powercap do?

also...how much can a standard car battery cope with? i.e. a 660W amp will be fine yeah?

anyone had any experience with a vibe 10" pt100 sub? i have ordered two of them to go into a twin sub box. apparently good quality for the money.

mine does that...its really bad with lots of weight in the car. the noise comes from under car in engine compartment bit. i think it must be a cable too tight...

no he never rags it. he had 17s fitted and said he probably wouldnt be able to spin the wheels anymore (only a 1.2!). so he tried it and that happened!
