I some sizes yes (mainly prestige sizes) as they have moved over into F1 assymetrics
Remember F1's are the last step before track tyres, Pirelli P zero rossos are good, long lasting quet road tyres, P zero neros not so.
Wheres the problem? Now the car is coming from a dealer so if anything goes wrong the buyer has some sort of comeback plus if its gong on a forecourt it will have a good detail and if the buyer has any sense will get a service, tax and MOT out of them.

May have to sell up in the next few months, know i am not going to get what i pay for it but it will help.
At the time of sale it will have; just less than a years MOT, FSH (with recent service) 6 months...

Budget tyres are made to fill the demand for cheap tyres there are now more than ever new ways to improve tyres, (runflats and support rings for one).
Far eastern tyres are still crap by no means are they catching up...
Because people buy yhem like hot cakes because "technitions" fill them with s**t like above.
Abudged tyre will meet the minimum safety guidelines for a tyre.
Mid-range or branded will exceed them
Hybrid runs on f1's 1.2 on firestones. would never put budget rubber on
you will be there all day mate, ball ache to do especially in situe.
looking at headlight out, rad out, aux belt off, alternator off, then front braces off remove pump.
Then reverse.
