Thats why i like mine its detachable so no one can swipe it, and it is a built in so it doesnt cover anything.

An your car is really nice, when i was looking on that site for the adaptors for a head unit to the stalk it had about eight different codes. How do i know which one i will need?
Andy you are a ledgend thanks for your help!
Have you got a head unit in yours an if so what affect does this have on your built in display?
What part of cheshire do you live in?
An have you got any pics of your clio as i dont think i have ever seen a Clio F1 other than the Mk3.
Thanks again.
I went to halfords yesterday as I wouldnt mind this JVC KD-AVX2 DVD CD head unit!
However I would like the control stick and the little screen in my Mk2 53 plate clio to work as well, and the lad said it would cost £55 for the wiring but I have to do it myself as it means taking the dashboard...
Lol, didn’t go on this site since I started the thread, and I took it to several garages that said I would have to wait 5 working days to get the parts so I thought wtf ill take it to Arnold c. Took them 1-2 hrs as there was corrosion and the brakes had worn unevenly so they levelled them out...
It sounds and feels like my front right brake pad has worn.
So does anyone know how much this will cost to get sorted the car is a Clio 53 plate 1.4 16v Billabong.
Also where would be the best place to go?
Im on 33230 miles so i have my 36000 mile service soon, any tips on this, cost etc...
When i went to see my nan in frinton on sea, 263 miles (about 5 hours 57 mins) from where i live i was getting 41mpg in a 1.4 16v. I was following my step dad in his scooby he was getting 22mpg an below. I thought this was good so im now confused. How much do you get round towns etc.

Not sure if it applies for the cup cars
Re: Yes or know
I would try K-tec racing they do a good range not that cheap though.
I just noticed Andy's pic 'I poke badgers with spoons' lol.
Its worth saving up for something good than paying out for something you will change. Thats my opinion anyway.
Mine was doing the same and i took it to Arnold C and they blasted it with a air gun. Which umblocked it till just recently so i went an bought this high concentrated washer fluid. An adjusted the pins and it has never worked so well.
I like it m8 to be honest it has to be one of the nicest modded clios i have seen. I dont mean like keeping it sleeper modified as thats cool too i just mean is v nice an it aint chavy which is good it is smoooth and sleeek an Unique. Steve
