Be careful when running CC cleaner, if you are not carefule when using CC cleaner you will delete all your history and usefull stuff like that. Run the Regcleaner and use something like Malwarebytes to clean the laptop.

Yeah, you basically install the program on one machine create a 'network' ( give it a name and a password) then install on the other machine join it to that network. You will need to allow remote access to the machine. You won't be able to view videos over it but will be able to see pics OK...
