I didn't have to take my acoustic valve out. The cold air feed comes out of the viper and goes directly down. I pulled the bit of plastic off behind the lower grill so I could cable tie the end of the cold air feed to the grill next to the hole for the tow bar. The feed was pretty strong I had...
Will it pass mot with the airbag light on and the seatbelt tensioned? How much is it to send the air bag computer away and where do I send it to? Does anybody know any companies who deal with this?
Does it have to be sent away? Is there nowhere where you can drive in and they can do it? I assume the car will still run without the ecu? What sort of price am I looking at?
I used to own a 1 ltr citreon ax and I had 110mph out of that. I was going down hill and the wind was in my favour. I still think that to this day that car was possessed. I opened the bonnet once and the airbox fell off. I refused to open it again.
Yeah, it performs fine. With the mot test next month I think I'm just gonna try and get hold of a 172 cat cos I'd cry if it failed on emissions :dapprove:
When hoofing it I hear a popping noise. Sounds abit like its back firing but it isn't very loud and seems to be popping a few times, not just one bang. Usually happens around 6k rpm. Does this sound like a cat issue and the car will fail its mot test on emissions next month right?
