I've got mine coming up in about 4k too so any recommendations in E/Mids area would be welcome. I'm doin about 6 or 700 miles a week so won't take long to reach it :( I used to get my old DCis serviced at Richard Sanders in Kettering as they were contract hire vehicles but this one will be...
I agree about the interiors being very flimsy and tacky feeling and think that I definitely can comment on that as it doesn't in my opinion hold a candle to the interior of my 182. I work as a vehicle inspector and have seen loads. I do however think that if u want plenty of bang for not many...
i parked across 2 spaces at interchange in bedford a few weeks ago only 2 find a bloody scenic wedged in the gap btwn the cli and the kerb. urgh. cudnt believe they got it in there im surprised i had a side left. i thought only an aixam wud fit in that gap lol
are CTRs really quicker otha than at top end? i shouldnt think the new shapes power to weight is as much as a 182? im sure i saw a website (letstorquebhp i think it was) that said the 182 was quicker 0-60 and over a 1/4. neva driven 1 otha than at very slow speed so couldn't compare.
yeh well known 4 rusting russ, def not puttin the 'grale up as a reliable modern alternative but would i own 1 myself? damn right. would have 2 spend alot 2 get a nice late evo 1 tho, yellow with spokey speedlines mmm
Id be huntin down an Integrale, I know they're old and not as quick as a few of those mentioned already but I just love em. Pulsars, GT4s and 20V Turbo Coupes all really sound choices.
yeh think we all agree there, dvla. beware other sites that add a few other charges like vat and transfer fee to the initial price they show. dvla r inclusive of those
saw a nice late white glanza with white rims in a jap import specialist down near ashton gate in bristol a while back, looked well tidy. not so keen on look of the earlier 1s
i wouldnt know mach, would open up a whole can of worms if u could tho wouldnt it. we'll prob all have that kind of thing operatin as 'black box flight recorders' soon won't we. then when u have a bang it'll b send the memory card 2 ur insurance co n let them pick over it
depends. probably dvla as theirs include transfer fee etc but they haven't got such an extensive amount of older plates as some of the others like newreg
I dont know how I'd describe it CG, it was just a feeling of lack of security you get in a corner. The Alfa was a heavy old beast and with Proxes or Eagle F1s always felt incredibly solid particularly in a fast sweeping bend but with the Nankang ninja death rubber fitted it looked for every...
Hopefully my heat seeking air to surface missiles located in the back bedroom will prevent the local scumbags avin mine away. if i ever catch any trying i'll be out there with the superglue creating the worlds first 'Jordan Sport'. Parents can share in his badge removal experience and his...
Agree with the comment about the nankangs though, they are murder, I had a widebody lowered alfa 155 with a set of them on and i was bricking it going around even slight bends above 80 unless the surface was bone dry. no traction = legs in traction! Have you got the new rubber on yet? I bought a...
I pass 1 of these heading off the M1 towards Coalville J22 every night, as I make my way in the oppo direction. The drivers seat is always covered, so he is taking good care! Saw a nice chica in a 182 **04RCF heading through Coalville a touch earlier too.
