    Sky Cancellation

We eventually got our 50% but it was a few days after answering an emailed exit survey and it came through the post Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

    Sky Cancellation

I never got a 50% online. It only went to 40 then back down to 30 so my advice would be not to keep checking it Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

    Nest

Been looking into the cameras myself along with the new cheaper thermostat which I don't think they've released uk pricing for yet. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Where's that leak from. I'd love it if the pixel xl2 has front firing stereo speakers like that suggests. It's one of the reasons I never went for the last gen pixel Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

I do hope you got it for a steal, Dave. The arse is going to fall out of the value of anything diesel. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

You're one of those that splits the bill exactly for what you've had. Shame on you

Inconsistent Brake Pedal: Crap then fine... Every press.

Lancashire is a big place lol. I'm in Manchester. Depending on when your track day is I might be able to help as I'm off work next week but I'm moving house so early next week won't work Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Air in the ABS pump more than likely. You need CLiP to get it out properly. Where are you located? I've got CLiP and it's a really easy procedure to do.

Home cctv and phone apps? recommendations please!

Cabling isn't an issue. I work in networking and infrastructure so I'll be cabling the house up over the coming months anyway. Cheers for the info. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Thanks. Nice to hear a valid opinion. A s I'm only looking at 1 camera, 2 at a push what kind of pricing am I looking at? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Why would I know about nest from setting up CCTV in the past? Friends and family hand me a box of s**t they have bought and ask me to fit it. I don't go out and research all the other solutions on the market and tell them not to buy something I've never used because it has a monthly cost...

You seen the Skittles advert where The dude touches stuff and it turns to Skittles. Well it's like that only anything he goes near turns to s**t and breaks. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

It'll be negligible for 1080p. And I don't believe it's a live feed of recording constantly. Again. It's not a debate about it. I just wanted to see if anyone's had any actual experience with it hands on. Clearly I've come to the wrong place. Usually this place is useful...

Home cctv and phone apps? recommendations please!

Definitely seems like it's either both your way or not at all in this thread. I've only asked for some info and rather than anything useful you've both told me it's s**t and the only reason you can give is that you can do the same thing cheaper elsewhere, or that I'm wasting my money but...

Because so far other than the promo video which we all know can be misleading at best I've not seen any footage or heard about what it's actually like. Same as I've asked since the beginning I just want some opinions from people who have used it and live with it. I don't need someone to tell...

There's a huge difference between file size and quality. That's why I want someone who's got it, lived with it and maybe some real world sample.

Home cctv and phone apps? recommendations please!

Virtually f**k all was said about it tbh. I was hoping for something a little more indepth from someone who sounds like they own it and have lived with it.

So with the house purchase round the corner, I'm after CCTV. I was going to buy all the kit and fit it all myself (I work in IT so it's nothing new to me and a friend of mine does it for a living). But I'm not so sure I can be arsed. The idea of Nest is really appealing to me, yes at £170+...

    Rojer's New Car!

I think including the VCDS kit for CAN it came to about the same as what they've paid for the job to be done.

    Rojer's New Car!

Definitely needs cruise, however I bought a stalk for £17 and did it myself. Does require you to have VCDS though to code it but it's simple enough.

    303k Fabia vrs

But then it defeats the object of a reliable and frugal car. I have a 300bhp Edition 30 too. It would be a completely pointless exercise when I've already got a far better car...

Damn right it does. Only issue is you can't see what you're doing in terms of trying to minimise mess... They need to work on augmented reality p**n imo.
