What's the best thing to use as a dressing for engine bay plastics after a clean done the clean the weekend but got to order something for plastics that lasts doesn't look shiny shite and gather dust dirt like a magnet!

Crack will be very fine hairline one on cat that opens under acceleration difficult to see just weld it up if poss but may well come back. May be worth power flex dogbone too to reduce engine movements.
If you run the car today and then again tomorrow you would see different figures lots of variables affect RR results bit of a lottery to a few bhp each way.
Had a 172 from new for 11 years only, ever ran on sainsbury's 95 octane up to 90k never missed a beat went to dyno days and santapod many many times never had one issue think that says it all really.
On the few times I did put v power in made no difference at all I could tell even to mpg.

Car ECU will run happily on any uk grade of fuel.
Only thing you will notice is it's cheaper to fill up🤣
