Don't worry your not the only one. I've done 3 pheasants, 2 rabbits and a cat in the space of 2 years. The same road too. Cost me over £1200 in repairs. Top tip, Don't go to renault for the front splitter they charge you £130, carbon fibre one from k-tec is only about £90 I think.

It's by a firm called EUROSPORT. 3" tailpipe. it's custom built so got to watch the guy build it in front of my eyes. I live in arbroath so didn't have many options at such short notice but i'm well happy. What do you think?

Alright everyone. Just managed to get my car through it's mot after the exhaust fell off got a new ss cat back system fitted. thanks for all the help I got from you all

Sorry I didn't get back to you. Took it down to kwik fit to get a better look, seems the factory fit unit is all one piece and they cant split it. I really want an aftermarket exhaust tho. Just bad timing. Do you think reno will patch it enough for it to pass? What stuff do you use to patch...

Alright lads, My cars booked in for an mot on tues and my exhaust has just blown! Don't want reno to charge me to fit a crappy one of there's and have no time to get a performance one sorted out. What do I do? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers

i'm split between a magnex and the ktr stealth. Not a big fan of massive tailpipes so it could be the stealth. Will fitting that solve the problem? Just had a look under the car and the exhaust is looking pretty crap. Probably designed to fall apart just after the 3 year point! lol

would I need to get a cat back system then? I was on yozzasport just a min ago looking at exhausts and stuff. Is this a fairly common problem then with the RS?

The exhaust on my 172 cup is making a horrible rattle as the revs pass through 4000. I've heard people on about the 4k rattle and think it;s the problem. Does anyone know any more about it and which part I should change? cheers Mike
