I have spoke to a few insurance companys and they dont care about alarms anymore. They used to, but now they just tell me its for my own benafit and will keep your insurance down as you wont be making a claim for a stolen car. But in short run I have found there are no reductions.

Well I am not a theiving little sh*t head scum bag but if I put a lifting brace under your car and lifted it onto the car with one of those mini craines that come attatched to lorrys then it shouldnt be a problem. Get some flurescent jackets and make up dodgy paper work. Then if your alaram goes...
Hmmm strange isnt it. Manuals for cars never say anything about going for it when you have a full load but do warn against it going up hills. You would think that its almost the same affect.
Ohwell, I dont have a clue either way. So do what you want, its your car, just make sure you have fun...
Get one of those TOAD gas things that fills the cockpit with non toxic gas so they cant see through it. But as a bit more of a deterant go down to your local swimmiing baths and "borrow" some chlorine. Replace the gas canister with chroline gas (which you will have to convert from the powder...
Check your ECU temperature thing. Cant remember the exact name, but the flat spot I have been getting is down to it. The thermostat isnt telling the ecu the proper temperature. Its always saying its hot, and in that case when its cold its not putting enough fuel in.
They are only about £20 on...
Just go looking around scrappers. Ok most valvers are probably involved in front end smashes, but you never know. Problem is then matching your colour, I got a metalic grey RT. Do you know how many metalic grey valvers are out there? I aint seen any, apart from 1 in a picture. But for someone to...
Before I had a service I got 17 seconds 0-60 with a full fuel tank, me and a dry road. Did it after a service a full tank, my mate in the passenger seat and a piss poor wet road. 13 seconds. Bet that will come down to 12 easily, maybe even 11 without my mate, a dry track...sorry road and a...

If i had a dvd writer I shouldnt think it would be to hard. I can do VCDs without to much trouble. If you want menus then that will take a bit longer. Same for DVD really. Thing is, the quality of the video isnt really probably high enough to warrent a dvd. Best off sticking with a multimedia cd...
Jas why dont we wait a while, get everyones stuff together and make a good job of it? Do you want the video editing and a front end making, or just the video?
Paul
Whatever file format you like. Pinacle, I think that uses Motion JPEG compression. But I may be wrong, it certainly used to anyway. I would say compress it into DIVX but you will loose quality when I edit it again. How big is the file now? If its motion JPEG its probably near 40 gig isnt it...
Really? They look ok from the pic. Hmmm oh well, I will see. What did you do about the subframes?
What was uncomfy about them?

Hi, I am looking at these seats for my now stripped down RT. I have seen on the DT site that subframes for Sparco seats are £10 each, but nothing is mentioned for the other brands they sell. I want the OMP ones (see link) and I have been looking around for subframes. Everything I have found is...
Hey Jas I am doing multimedia at uni. So if you want I can splat it all together in a fancy (ish) package for you. Unless thats what your already doing of course.

Hi, I think its a stealth shelf. Its an audio shelf thats made out of thick wood and weighs about 3 tonne anyway. I think thats what a stealth shelf is isnt it?
Anyway I got one thats in perfect nick for sale. I just stripped out all the back of the car so its not needed anymore (well it...
