Of the tent variety !
Went to Tim's today for a run through of how the le Mans tent is put up. Me and Fletch were in the Ph-1, Tim. in the Trophy, Tom in his 996 turbo :p Paul in the silver respray Silverstone 200 and Tim in his R26. Ollie let the side down in the Micra (no pics mate)

Just making people aware, rather than organising a meet.
Goodwood are holding there annual Sprint meet again on Easter Monday. Its a great day out, runs from about 9-5 with the track being fully open so you can wonder all the way round the circuit.
The competing cars are split up into classes...

Went to SRR today and ran a 158.4, only 2 months ago on the same rollers it ran a 169.9 ! Only thing that changed between the runs was that I replaced the standard air filter with a ktec item ! Have put the original back in, feels a little bit better but not 10bhp better.
New.
Old.
Any help...
Did it years ago when taking out the engine in my RB but we had most of the front of the car off. How easy is to to remove the upper and lower with everything still in place ?

Anyone know if this will be ok to fit to a PH1 ? Had it fitted to a 182cup before but had to butcher the plugs to get it on. If not anyone got a link to one that will fit ?
Cheers
Chris
Anyone know or remember what size I would need to fit a bucket seat subframe. From memory there M8 ? Just need to know how long they need to be. Dont want them sticking out the bottom of the car :p
As Tims becoming as bad a our previous Rep :rasp: What say we have a long overdue (last one we had was July IIRC) meet on the south coast ? Thinking Krispy Kreme's in Portsolent as going up portsdown hill this time of year will be freezing !
Im thinking the 6th of December but open for...
Had the idea of getting some video of the suspension at work. Tried it on a couple of fast sweeping bends but the go pro couldn't keep up with the changing of light through a lightly wooded area so only got this of coming through a little village. Think its pretty cool and will have to find some...
I must say it was a breath of fresh air to go to the moving motorshow this year. Have been going to FOS ever since 1999 bar 2008. Wasn't as crowded and actually got to have a proper look around the cars instead of waiting ages just to get a glimpse of them. I would of even paid for the tickets...
Have finished fitting my H&R's. I put the rears on last week and set them too high, so my mate set the fronts very low when he helped me today. Now looks like a drag car.
Was meant to fit some brakes and the whiteline ARB I have in the garage but never got round to it so washed and waxed it instead :) Ignore the rear arch gap I was parked on a slope.
Comments and criticism welcome

Originally joined CS with my RB 182 cup, had it for the best part of 4 years and up until the end enjoyed it lots. Il come clean it was FUBAR'd, the gearbox was on its way out (again) me and my mate had spent 3 weekends trying to tie up loose ends on it before I chopped it in for a Fiesta ST. I...
No excuses this time lads and lasses, its a full month away so mark it in your diary. For the past 3 years iv posted these events in here and not a single person has ever come ! Your missing out big time.
