Tracks are smooth and dont forget the un limited geometry setups they play with on each track. Im sure if you took a clio cup car on the road it wouldnt cope to well at that height.

Springs are apex i think, say 40mm but look a lot lower

Welcome, Suspension wise depends alot on your budget, you can get coilovers now for a reasonable price. Checkout the likes of ktec in the traders (might need to be a meember) Im looking for ph1 now just because i prefer the look of the retroness (if thats a word). Meant to be quicker, cable...

Hammer them back and get a vw jack that thes sill sits in rather than on.

It gives you the basic results instantly, ie insurance claims, mileage etc. You need the vin etc to get the full report on the car. The basics is enought o buy a car though

A lot of the detailling experts will tell you not to just wipe your car clean as the build up of dust particles and suchlike can still scratch your paintwork. It is always best to rinse your car prior to putting anything on the paint work.
