@VR46-G@Z I just passed me Unrestricted last year. Went from a 125 to a 1200 (Mental). However I do lots of camping / commuting at weekends, so the GS is ideal. However I have a real itch for a S1000RR / R1!

Police will do sweet FA sadly. I had a kid throw a stone at my car. Dashcam footage showing the person who chucked the stone clearly. All I got from the 5O was insufficient evidence. They didn't even view the footage! Useless. To top it of they are rated as the only 'Outstanding' police force...

Looks alright. If this being sold a trader and had 'MINT!' plastered all over it, it would be a different story. Front end respray. At least the bolts are not colour coded.

I had the centre section cut and a 2" section added. It only cost £10 iirc

Sadly, putting words in my mouth. I did not mention anything in regards to value or fault that anything was wrong with a 736 engine.

I don't think everyone hates it. I personally think it's more the fact it has a PH1 172 engine in it, but the owner is still oblivious, as Renault have said it doesn't. Personally I'd trust Fred who found all the problems. With a lot of TLC it could... be nice, but the fact it has a 736 engine...

A little bit of TLC and all that can all be sorted in a day... It goes without saying a good service & belts for a piece of mind.

I'd personally be going for the one on autotrader. New steering wheel, genuine splitter and bin all that 'stupid' audio. Win win!

Tom said it had in the region of 122k when he had it. Advert states body only has 108k, but clocks are at 71,600.

Incorrect. Only one Liquid yellow has Factory fitted Sat Nav and only one has Factory fitted Recaros from New.
