Sounds similar to my experiences. Unloading a full clip and then having to sit there and watch yourself on the killcam standing still (like a total noob) is frustrating.
To top it all off, I accidentally stood on my headset so I have had to go out and buy a new one.
I found out that Game and HMV do not price match their own websites. Apparrently, the sites (for both companies) aren't linked to the stores in any way other than the name they trade under.
Went...
I am not wquite sure what was said in post#3 :S, but...........
The oil light is usually an oil pressure warning light, not an oil level light.
As a consequence of having little or no oil, there will be little/no oil pressure, so the light can come on. Probably too late by then..............lol
Re: 'Cheats' on C.O.D. Modern Warefare 2
ah crap, didn't check my spelling of the title (must have hit the r and the e at the same time), I am such a tool :o.
Not really a rant, just trying to find out if this is a common issue.
I own three other C.O.D. games, but never really got into the online gaming on them, so I don't know if this is new to this C.O.D. or if it has been a constant issue.
I was in a game with some m8s the other night and one...
Depends on where it goes, I bet it is admired in Halfords car park, or at a 'cruise' (do they still exist?).
I spotted this a couple of days ago and didn't want to draw attention to it, as it is from near me. Made me a little :o.
The question you have to ask yourself is "is a filter really worth that much?"
Most insurance companies don't want you to modify your car, so will make it expensive when you initially do. Further, or multiple modifications (in my experience) after the initial one(s) don't seem to add as much...
The games available in the run up to christmas this year have been more appealing to me than other years (possibly not paying as much attention in previous years).
It's starting to be very expensive. Bought FIFA 10, GTA, Halo3 O.D.S.T., Forza 3, Borderlands and COD 6 in the last few months.
I...
I put it back on, just had to remove it to get to the oil filter. Should have made that clear in my original post.
Was just curious, thans for the info.
If the window is sticking on the runners, then silicone spray down the runners may help. It's a common issue on proton's and older mitsubishi's, I have used the spray on a few cars and it has worked without perishing the rubber.
Been watching ebay for various Clio wheels recently (I was watching these before you posted the link) and they can go anywhere between £130 and £200.
Most people seem to expect £200 for them. I have seen a couple of sets re-listed because the seller didn't get what they wanted.
I can almost...
Ah, now I get you.............the bonnet is lifted at the rear using spacers and long bolts to get the hot air out. A lad I know had a temp gauge in the engine bay (near the air intake) and it made a good difference. I just went off what was said, I ditn't care enough to est it myself :o
The...
Lifetrs??? (not just repeating what you said, just not sure what you meant) :o:o:o:o
Rivets stop the arches falling off, it is a proton you know and isn't the best built car :)
Not a RS (although, the original post wasn't specifc), but this is how my proton is setup, it is now 20mm higher all round which has made it better allround.
I have played around with the ride height etc a fair bit and it seems best like this.
The camera was on a slant when taking the pic, so...
I have an xbox360 and I love it. My m8 has a PS3 and doesn't play on it much so I might offer to buy it when Gran Turismo 5 comes out (IMO it's a valid reason to buy a PS3).
TBH, if you want to play friends online, then just buy whatever console they (or most of them have).
For the games that...
Ok, so the relevant comments on the car itself have been made, I can't add to those, just agree that it is a terrible looking car............... but look at the price, that's one expensive piece of crap.
Had that before. Some dick changed lanes on a roundabout without indicating etc but tried to blame me. The lad from his insurance company said the bloke was adamant it was my fault (how the f**k he thought that is beyond me).
His insurance company basically told him they wouldn't fight it and...
Car is looking really good, lots of progress in such a short space of time.
Also....heard special brew so couldn't resist....................

My continentals are fine in the wet and dry, with the ESP off, it is easy to 'make' the wheels spin, but it's also pretty easy to get away relatively quickly with a very small amount off traction loss.
Plant your foot in almost any car in the wet and the wheels will spin, slamming your foot...
I bought some new rear discs and pads, but they didn't come with bearings.
I have been looking for rear bearings, but the price varies a fair bit, my question is....
Do you get what you pay for? Or are they all pretty much the same?
Thanks
Never got any, one of the reasons I got the Clio was because the Proton suspension was sooooo hard my family didn't like getting in. Might just go for some lowering springs as a happy medium as the car handles very well as it is and for what I use it for, coilovers may (will) be classed as...
