Get Anthra's... they'll darken automatically, getting covered in brakedust / roadgrime. Black is just black... with a shade of (metallic)grey the F1's play more with the light.

I've this too... only on the passenger side. What about filling the space with 'glasswool' type of filling. Emulating a larger space... soundwaves travel longer. Saw this on Discovery 'Street Customs' / WCC... finetuning the sound or improving it.

Wanted a CTR or a CRS (172) at the time. Went for a 172... Bang for buck! Still got a soft spot for a Cosmic Grey CTR (>2002) though. The CTR has to be poked more for driving fast / shifting more. Whereas the CRS has a wider range. Just make sure to drive both for a back-to-back comparison.

Low on thread... shock fooked? I have the same problem mate! Only when cornering to the right... it's starts skating a bit at the rear depending on speed and turn in. My right shock is not working 100% (leakage?) the wheels sounds crashy when riding over uneven roads so definitely damping...
