Also try removing one stick of ram at a time and testing the machine (even though this usually isn't the sort of error caused by RAM issues)
no just start and then command prompt. It's not fucked, just most likely an application has messed it up.
Also download malware-bytes on another pc, transfer to a memory stick then run on this pc
