Hi guys, I've been through the last 15 pages and not seen anyone using a K&N Air Filter. I've always liked the way they sound, but is there a reason why people aren't using them?

SMALL UPDATE I have ordered a cheap and cheerful Heat Gun for the sound deadening. I have some AutoSmart Tardis, but I shall need to see the Autosmart guy for some more as i think its going to get rather sticky Also, It'll be nice and warm whilst doing it this weather rather than the dry Ice...

personally, Unless you are going to do a FULL restoration of this car and keep it as a "MINTER" (although its been written off) then I don't see any point in fixing this car, regardless of sentimental value

Give your screen a really good clean and polish, then apply some GTechnic G1 Glass sealant (In the right temperature, Ideally inside a garage this time of year) and it should stop a build up and the water/screen wash should just bead all the grime off the screen
