haha! Mot failure on 'half of steering wheel missing'

Brilliant updates, that steering wheel must be awkward if you quickly go to grab where there isn't actually a wheel!

Measure the gap between the tips and put it up here and I'm sure one of us with a 182 can measure the gap between ours to give you a slightly better indication of whether a 182 bumper will fit :) If not then as said buy a 172 one and cut it yourself. Car looks pretty nice btw I like it.

The police were getting involved with the crowd at the entrance quite well, they seemed to be having a good laugh with them, when I brought the clio in they were poking fun at me too much to my friends amusment!

Lovely looking car! How does ordering on fancy plates work, I never made it past the typing in the reg plate window last time, I assume you have to send them your V5?

I think there was another black ph1 with ERC on the plate, owned by a chap called wiggle on here or something along those lines. It may come up under a search for eric the ph1.

I love a good old 1.6, I've owned two myself. I'm not a fan of the lights personally but if you like them who cares, Probably better keeping it standard ish and tidy then move on to something slightly better when you're ready :)

Looks fantastic. Bit of a weird colour combination but it really works, fair play to you for trying something out of the ordinary.

In repsonse to you not having a splitter, Skoda fabia one, about £12 I think and looks pretty much the same as the oem renault one. Renault charge through the roof for the genuine ones.

I'm more a fan of the interior than the exterior, not that it is in any way ugly. I agree with everyone who has said Merc have really stepped up their game recently, some lovely looking models have been produced.

I would give @G 172 a message before buying any of the Ktec stuff. He is the go to guy on here about brakes and will give you some great advice :) Edit: The tag doesn't seem to work but hopefully he will see this anyway.
