Well if track car is what you want then get the little Vauxhall turbo...plus I agree, its doesnt take much money to up the power on a turbo car.... :)

Hate to tell him that the new sti (265bhp model) has...
Well as a drivers "package", you should read EVO mags review of the V6 255.
But yeah if you are on a tight buget then best buy one of the thousands of Scoobies around at the mo and mod it up a little.....Not my "cup of tea" though....lol
thought it wouldnt be long before it turned into a V6...
If all anyone is concerned about is performance per pound then go buy an old Cossie/scoobie and boot the power up to 400bhp.....very cheap and lots pf power.....the same as all the other 1000s and 1000s of old cossies and scoobie out there......;)
performance per pound was not one of my...

Simon.
Sorry to hear about your uinlucky crash mate, hope things get sorted for you real soon.:(
If you lost it on ICE and the road was meant to have been gritted, maybe you could sue the Council for the damage, its been done before?;)

Simon.
My god there are lots of very nice First cars here?, my first car was an very old beat up Mini 850cc.... top speed was only around 70mph and 0-60 in about 30 seconds.....lol.....
Prefer the car I have now......;)
Simon
Thats nowt, the side pod for a V6 clio costs a few hundred quid (£800???) so Im told, and it too is only a "poxy bit of plastic".....;)
I am now dreading the day it falls off or gets knicked by another V6 owners.....:o;)
Simon.
Jeremy when did Renault UK know of this V6 problem?
My Local Renault garage said they did mine while it was in last, which was Dec 20th 2004. approx 4 weeks ago?
I only got the Recorded delivery the other day.
Simon.
Well just been in touch with my local Renault dealer and they inform me that this has already been carried out in December while my car was in having the rear wheels aligned.....seems Renault UK are a little behind with their paper work....;)
Simon:D
Reckon they must be NUTS.....VFM goes to the CUP, its gotta be the best VFM car around.....it would p*ss all over the Fiesta ST150.... £ for £
