on having the remap you can raise the limiter , increasing the limiter gives you a little more revs in the gear before you hit the limiter , though you lose power after 6800 revs or thereabout , having that little more to play with saves you hitting the limiter every time imo

well you definatly do need compressors on dci , some other models ie 1.6/1.2 etc you can get around but best be safe and tell everyone you have to use them. I'd hate to imagine the damage it will do when someone try doing a dci in particular...
as said above the rear wiper blade will not fail the mot .
mine only cleaned half the window and i bought a new one ready for mot time , but they never tested it :eek: :eek:
as said , the decat will make it louder .
the ph1 and 182 cats are much better than the ph2 as they are less restrictive , it will defo add a few more horses though .
before its a 172 v 182 argument , you will need to spend in excess of 1500 quid to get the same kind of power .
i'd keep the car and put some money into it .
though you wont get that money back when you come to sell her , choices choices ?
