when i plotted the brackets i made the mistake of adding the difference of the disc diameter's to the drawing, not the radius, so it moved the caliper out twice as far as i needed :( school boy error they will be making a comeback though, once mot'd etc. have it booked in for MOT next wednesday

nah was just going to adjust the std one. no need to now tho, going to put standard stuff on. really lost interest now

brackets are wrong :( (would be fine if i'd wanted to put 285 discs on the rear but i only want 265 ) lol

Today I ... Fitted the new steering wheel, R19 ph2 16v stereo controller (its angled more towards the wheel and just generally looks better), Filled the box with oil, AND... Got my rear brake brackets !! GET IN!!!!!! just waiting now for some bolts to turn up in the post so...

Is it just a simple case of bolting on the newer front end so I can facelift a 2000 plate Clio with the rounded headlights to the triangular ones? I'm thinking I'll need, bonnet wings bumper headlights... Is that all?

no, even with the bumper straight it catches you can see the wheel isnt centre to the opening like a williams

been reading up on an article about an R5 with a turbo'd RS clio lump. says it has a vag gearbox fitted on with an adapter from halfrauds??? i cant find anything , does any one have any idea where to get one?

Lil update FINALLY got my hubs back after sending them off again to be reduced further Bolted them on Fitted the studs Slapped a disc on then put the pad carrier on to see wahst what wehn it comes down to moving the calipers out for them A little unsure as wether to drill...

Wrapped the downpipe today. Bought 100ft of exhaust wrap and still have miles left :lol: so going to wrap the decat aswell lol doesn't look to bad, sprayed it with some silicon stuff for heat wrap ?
