imo auto express is totally mis leading they tend to favour certain manufacturers over others. Almost as if they are being bribed in some way! This is the first review I have heard of where the 182 doesnt come top of the pile. has anyone else had the same experience?

I did the same thing in my 182 off a slow roundabout. until the VVT cicked in it was pretty close. I almost went up his arse when he had to brake midway round the roundabout cos its lard bucket understeered superbly!

Must admit I had serious reservations about drving home. Was worried about abuse and I had serious issues about whether I ever wanted to drive a french car again!!! Got shouted at but nothing to worry about Any body suffer any serious abuse? My mates BM got trashed after Euro 96!

HOW MUCH ARE YOU SPENDING ON WAX!!!! I run a national valeting company and the best stuff you use on new cars is is 100% carnubra wax it costs about 10 quid and nothing gets close to it. Agree with the clay bar quote they are great for ensuring the surface is spotless.

my mates got a cxhimera in real world non motorway driving we are evenley matched. i pull away from him on the twisties in my 182 and he gets infront on the straights. same deal with my other mates elise. trouble is they have 8 year old cars and I get quick new car with air con leather...

oh yeah i forgot to add that the dealer broke my main beam lights and cigarette lighter when it was in having the alarm looked at. It aint the fuse and they cant do anything for 5 days! How am i gonna light my tabs!!!!

it is the fuel pump. try it 3 or 4 times in a row and the noise gets shorter and then stops. each time you turn it on the fuel pump powers up to get the system to the required level once the required pressure in the fuels sytem is reached and the pump is not required and the noise stops genius!

dont worry about miles, there is always a market these your car my 8 week old 04 182 has done 5k! as long as you service it and keep your bills someone will buy it

Never had any problems starting my 182 but after the running in period it developed a problem when cold. its lumpy and doesnt run properly for the first mile or so then jumps into life all of a sudden. dealer has no idea how to fix it.

My 182 has been into the dealer twice about this it is an earthing fault. They ficed it but promptly broke the main beam lights and wrecked the dash which means it goes in again next week. 2 more days in a 1.2 dynamique DOH!
