yeah it's just a small black box that plugs into the back of the headunit then into the black box you can plug ipod/usb/aux in. Velcro'd it to the roof of my glovebox. Had to cut a small hole for the wire but hey ho.

You can buy something called a renault tunepoint, I have one think I paid £70 for it but you can plug in an ipod (and it charges and works with your steering wheel controls) you can also plug in a usb stick or just a normal headphone sized jack for aux input.

This might give you some reassurance with rotary.

Yeah I used poorguys/Chem guys (can't remember which) wheel sealant on them. Think it was Chem guys. Pink s**t in a white tub. I had a haircut too. Want a pressure washer + rotary :(
