Im level 24. Dont know why you're bothering with more than 1 set of power armour. I wear mine constantly and never run out of power cores. Just repair it when it needs it.

Im level 15 now and still loving it. Got some epic 'Starred' weapons too.

Ive never had a problem with ammo yet even without that perk.
