i have this problem. diagnostic said it was the throttle potetionmeter.... replaced the pedal unit... no good.... replaced the throttle body.... no good. Guessing mine's now an ECU issue. I have a thread on it somewhere...

i was just speaking in general. rather than replying to the posts made. I'm only building my opinion on what i've been told. I'm off to an RR day in a couple of weeks and when enquiring about a map i was told it really isn't worth it with the mods i have (exhaust & matched inlets) as the gains...

I dunno, I've just always been a bit wary of these 'off the shelf' maps. If i was getting a car mapped it'd be a custom RR job... and that's only worth it after cams etc...

I'd save your money if i were you mate :)

I'm going with another club I'm a member of again in 2010. We went late April last year and we were lucky to get superb weather. Hoping to go either late April or May again next year. Would be good to be there the same time as you guys. Although Eddy might not have enough space! :p
