I thought i best remove the old engine ready for the new one coming... That way i can sell all the 8V goodies off to more than fund the small block conversion.. maybe even enough to turbo it :approve:

The car as it is in the pics stands me at well under £3k.. my efforts are yet to come into play, much of the mintness is due to the past owners.. Only credit i can take is the shiney wheels lol

You do need to finish your Golf Laura.. but don't rush it, no point now winters here lol
My mates just got his golf out of paint and is soon to start rebuilding it... you can just about see it in this picture

This was more of a trail run to see if it matched the picture i had in my head of the car slammed with the Mad'ins.. The wheels are back off and stored away nice and warm now :o... The stance does need some fine tuning but...
Take them off every time i park it up lol
Ive bought a panel pot of dodo juice pro wax at edition... All the wheel waxes tend to be abrasive, I just want to seal them

Ive got the scirocco to put them on and thats deffo not a daily... keeping them clean would not be a problem.. but if anything ever happend to them!!!.. not using them everyday just gives them better odds ;)
You should have? they didn't stay on long tho due to your ABS going mental... and thats how i know they don't fit.. one has a gouge all the way round the inside to prove it lol

I tryed them on and the rocco and it failed lol... It needs chassis work and an engine swap to go low enough... so just finished and tyred pics for now
I had a good lie down next to it to check the ground clearance lol... stunning example

I was in my mates Wedge Camper.. the one with the massive tent on the roof... I need to change the engine in my Scirocco to get it low enuff, so left it at home lol
