Forged + supercharged as a daily

You don't need a slim rad, I just used the original. (I had little brackets that re-position the radiator to accommodate) *Rotrex C30 supercharger and bracket *Supercharger oil cooler and filter *Engine oil cooler *Pipework/hoses/filter *Gen90 ECU or simmilar *Forced induction MAP sensor...

Forged + supercharged as a daily

That's the one mate. Although you'll need quite a few more parts to fit that to a Clio! Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

    Forza Horizon 3

Loving the new Holden! It's very marmite, but I did some research on it and it was quite a beast back in the day. Customer's could even spec a 10k option to have the engine blueprinted! Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

    Which LSD?

Lesson Learned: If a driver is being aggressive behind you, just move over

Lesson learnt!? What have you got to learn mate? The bloke is obviously an utter c**t! As far as I'm concerned you've done nothing wrong bud. Some people really are complete scum. I hope you get it fixed chap! Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

Mine was even more restrictive than your original down pipe mate. That section on the right was blanked off flush with the flange itself! Thankfully my replacement down pipe resembles your third photo bud. Your wrapping skills are exemplary sir! Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

It does appear that way mate. Although to be fair to the previous owner I don't think these were fitted by him. In fact the modifications he carried out are sympathetic and of good quality. 'Bellmouth' that's it! A good description and that's exactly what my replacement down-pipe is like...

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

The down-pipe really was in a poor state! I'm unsure of the brand as it is indeed a de-cat pipe, but it's not stainless steel as it's so badly corroded and the metal itself is magnetic which is a sure sign of mild steel! It's design was also pretty poor as half of the flange going onto the turbo...

    PMS shifter - aesthetic improvements

I'm afraid it has provisionally sold mate, just waiting to be removed. As for the gaitor unless I did have something different fitted, I assumed it was just an OE part. Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

    PMS shifter - aesthetic improvements

Dave is your man bud! If you ask him nicely I'm sure he will let you use his oven! I left my bag of powder at his, and when mixed with another bag that he has you'll get an effect like mine. Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

I was just basing my estimates on the fairly sorry looking examples currently for sale... They definately need some TLC! And I did say upwards! [emoji6] Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

For sure mate! We can a pair of Subaru w*****s together! [emoji23] Rally Day 2017 is a must, but there's loads going on bud. I'd also like to attend Cliosport Festival next year. Especially if it's at Blyton again as the last two years have been bloody awesome! Sent from my HTC 10 using...

It's such a laugh mate, and it's a real joy to drive an 'older car' compared to my daily which is a 63 plate Seat Leon (it's a fantastic car just does nothing for the soul) The RA on the other hand is just a tool for driving nothing more, and I love it! Such a raw driving experience. Cannot...

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

Cheers Jon! I'm over the moon with the car, and looking forward to getting it out on track to really see what it's capable of. In the meantime however the grin factor out on the road is hard to beat! There's not many for sale at any one time mate. Currently I think there's only 3 for sale in...

Same mate. The pair of them together will make for some decent photos I reckon. I've had the back end step out on me once which was quite fun... That was with the DCCD set to fully open. I'm still trying to get my head round the DCCD if I'm honest. Trying to workout what each adjustment does...

Crap! That's handy to know mate cheers! [emoji23] Thanks Dan that means a lot. I've only owned the Impreza for a week but already feels like it was the right car to buy and a worthy replacement to the Trophy. Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk

Productive afternoon giving the Impreza some TLC! Nothing quite beats that first detailing session after buying a car. Removing the tints has made a huge improvement in my opinion. Hopefully I will receive my new downpipe next week, as the slight exhaust blow is driving me mad! After...

Spent most of this afternoon with a flat blade, tar & glue remover, and a s**t load of blue roll... Whoever fitted those limo black window tints need shooting! They had to go... Personally I'm not a fan of tints especially on a car like the Impreza, mine had also warped on the rear screen due...

Some fantastic roads over there mate! Very jealous! The chap's name was Matt. Not sure what he did for a living, but he said he commutes to London and stays there for the week... (not in the Impreza thankfully!) I'm getting fairly bemused looks from non petrol heads when I explain what...

Cheers Dan! Seems the general consensus is to fit an un-modified front bumper and I do agree. I'll probably wait until Christmas is over, and once the majority of the Trophy parts have sold I can concentrate on the Impreza! I bought it from a place called 'Cae Garn, Heol-y-Cyw' if that means...

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

Thanks for the comments chaps! After a bit of searching and some assistance from the Type RA forum. Turns out the RA doesn't actually have a specific bumper at all just a pre-facelift bumper (paint code: 230) This will make the search for a bumper much easier as I can always just get the...

Rob's 1995 Impreza WRX STI Type RA

It's hard to describe mate. On paper the Impreza wins hands down when it comes to the figures, but the Clio was such a savage car to drive and a real 'event' The Impreza feels much more planted and the surge of boost from the turbo as I'm sure you're aware is bloody addictive! Compared to the...

I'm loving it mate! It's a very 'raw' driving experience, and when the turbo spools up the noise and acceleration is just intoxicating!
