Have had a hard copy of ArmA 2 for years so when I saw this on the net last week I was intrigued. Ended up downloading of Steam to get the addon and after a couple of failures in getting it to run managed to have a go very late on Saturday/Sunday morning.
Wanted to test the real time aspect so...
The old Microsoft wheel is acceptable and will make the game a lot more fun. I'd aim for a Fanatec setup if you are really committed though.

The island is split into various areas, resort, city, jungle, prison. You can run around where you want, once you have got to that area in the story.
Play it with your mates and blitz it lol. There's nothing really interesting to go out exploring for really.
Have a look underneath for a hole, hair dryer to get rid of the wet.
Does sound like a lot of water though which I don't imagine could jump up through a hole and puddle.
