Main things for me when I'm cleaning on the drive are random people walking past and saying you can do mine next (so 1 on your list) and again really noticing the stone chips, scratches etc.

They just sit in tesco car park and it's boring, well was when I passed through last. Southend is usually okay and I'll pop down there as it's busy and usually some good cars there. Pretty much the same thing though, I usually go with a bunch of people so it's good to have a chat.

True, I am still young and I probably would get the odd look or two being in my 30's in a stripped out noisy clio but if it made me happy then sod everyone else. In all fairness though my seats are doing my back in so I probably won't be able to put up with it for another 10 years :rasp:.

I saw you in your little bean on my way back from Trax Dave :o. I also disagree with all this "growing out of a car" crap. I do agree that you can get tired of modifying cars with age but as far as ownership goes, if you get your kicks out of a car then why get rid of it?
