Go somewhere with some lighting for shots of the car, will mean you don't need the flash. Also, use the shutter self timer function or a remote so that the camera doesn't move when you press the shutter.
Some follow up shots from gaz;
These first four were from saturday, just somehow got overlooked.
These 2 were from tonight. He's also bought "understanding exposure".
I quite like it lol.
Nice colour, I like the orange with it and all the smoothing but yeah wheels would look good black as said before :).
You defiantly have spent a lot on it all.
You on eumania?
Ian, I've started using lightroom, as of today. It's a "trial freeware" version ;). But, I'm getting the hang of it, and you'd benefit. It's like adobe camera raw, but with more features. Great shots too.
I thought it was a rig coming off the side of a different car because I've seen them like that. No need to be like that, rigs come in different designs.
I've been playing with them in Adobe Camera Raw, but I still can't get them looking anything like it did in reality. Wish the D40 had exposure bracketing...
Something major has gone wrong. As he tried his micro sd card on the same reader and it seemed to work, however, he's put it back in the phone and that won't be written to.
He doesn't want to format it as his only snow pics were taken on that card and he'll lose them.
