Ok, Go on to Safe mode, Logon with the name 'Administrator' and if every thing 'Cmd','Task manager' Works on there, then its either some thing you have done or some kind of ad ware. I would advise looking in gpedit.msc see if cmd is disabled

Pc Mark Seems to crash half way.

Just wondering if there are any programs out there that will, Check and tell you if ur windows is running "Good","slow","fast" , Ect ? Not looking for a program that is going to speed up my pc just want it to tell me how fast its running :-) Hope you Pc Experts understand.:-)
