    try wiping your wiper blades with vinegar.. that'll get rid of any cr@p you have on your wiper blades.. good place to start..

    you could have problems with your sensor's.. some do, some dont.. my emission's light is on.. it bothers some people, other dont give a rats @ss.

    Find out if it's an import... locking wheel nuts, alarm, etc. "53 plate mk2 172 29k miles going for £8995" - that seems expensive.

    How many of you have had leaking/ missing headlamp washer balls on your 172s/182s

    quite common i would say by reading this forum. I've had 1 fall out replaced under warranty, 1 leaked then stopped leaking, 1 had to get replaced not under warranty for exessive leakage.

    sometimes they stop leaking on their own accord.. if they continue, give them a smack, it worked on one of mine.. the other didn't take too kindly and continued to leak.. bumper off job :mad:

    have a look round for the ultrasonics inside at the top of the windscreen pillars, little microphones.. that'll tell you if its bell'd up or not. Toad AI606's are good..
