Your PAS fluid also lubricates the bearings on your PAS pump. It will be the same effect as topping your engine oil up with water. The pas fluid will go a creamy colour, the pump will collapse and you will also need a new PAS rack.
the main fuel line on a clio runs under the chassis directly underneath the drivers seat. You simply pull the connector apart and the fuel drains out. No need to syphon it with a tube
JC5 130 in the 182 is at its limit at 182 bhp - i chewed them up at 250 bhp in my clio running gas. Thats why i decided to go VAG power when i wanted to run in excess of 400 bhp. Renault boxes and engines cant cope above 250bhp nevermind 300 bhp

First thing i would check is the fuel tank sender unit in the tank. Second would be the UCH control unit which is responsible for controlling the internal electrics of the vehicle and third the inst panel.
Change the auxilary belt and the tensioner as well - doing the cambelt on its own is no good. If the auxilary belt snaps it will fly in the path of the cambelt causing the cambelt to jump a few teeth on the pulley which will damage your engine. Same with the tensioner - if the plastic pulley...
