Don't know if anyone can help here, I have an old server (pentium 4) that we use at work as a development server, it was in storage for a bit, and now won't turn on. The fans spin, the primary HDD reads for a couple of seconds and the RAID 1 drives spin up but thats it, no BIOS, no nothing...

I have the light but it never comes on, even on the limiter!

I have LEDs in mine and the only come on when the door is open, and not when I press the button. Its because LED's only work with the current flowing in + and out - and not the other way round, normal bulbs work both ways.
