My £900 Valver.....
You've got an absolute bargain there matey, i paid 1300 for mine with 85k on an Lplate and the head gasket went right after! so that cost me 500! so lookin at urs and hearing what u paid for it got me a bit choked!! :(!- ChrisE

172 20 months ownership from new now 37,000
Since i bought the car ive had to replace the headgasket!! sorting the brakes out now and just bought four new goodyear eagle F1s. its currently on 92k with a recond engine about 85k!- ChrisE

Potential problems with brakes!?
I have a prob them with my brakes, i think they need bleeding... but i been told it may need a new master cylinder, the pedal goes quite far down, and to brake hard the wheels lock... which makes it skid...! If i pump the brakes before starting then hold them down and start the engine it does...- ChrisE

Engine problem??? HELP!
i kinda had the same problem with my 1.2 16v clio, but it was intermittent and the had to replace the throttle bodies, on 20k aswell :-o!!- ChrisE
