Did you get it super cheap? Most people who have anything to do with this forum know not to get an RS with a sketchy belt history especially if last done by a non specialist! You with the AA? I've used them in past to "relay" my car to a garage when I wasn't confident driving it.
Agree. I've found this. Hit and miss really. Probably depends who's doing it and hope it's not a Friday afternoon job. They refurbed mine pretty well though tbh was perfect but others not so fortunate
Just out of interest i only replaced my rear shocks with 172 cup ones. I left the front so they afaik are 182 non cup packed ones this wouldn't make any difference would it?
Does this sound right. It's the reply from vospers. They have more or less said to take car to renault with the shocks still fitted along with my invoice. If found to be faulty they will replace them?
Tyres sent anything special tbh..

Shocks are 172 cup packed as i have a non cup packed 182 if that makes any difference @flebay
