Umm havent heard good things about superchips. I would go for a Hillpower chip if your looking into getting it done, only £150 fitted as well. However if money is not a problem then go for a uni chip. And yes you should notice a difference but depends on what other mods you have done.

A cheaper one is to use the flush rover ones should be about £20 each. Like ben said they need cutting out the welding in.

I will second James and say take it to a powerflow dealer. Should be around £150 for a backbox with your choice of tail pipe and thats fitted as well.

I run a 16v/willy brake set up on my 1400. easy swap just need the calipers then the disks and pads bolt it all together and there you go. Much improved brakes. I also upgraded the disks to maxitorque cross drilled disks and mintex pads.

Umm I would say leave it for a couple of days see if it si something in the sysytem i.e sealant. As for the black smoke I get that on my 1400 only happened after if was chipped which I guess is due to the increased fueling. As for the head gasket I very much doubt it, as you had a head rebuild...
