mine is around 850-900. 1100 is a bit high. Is it just been doing it after you fitted the ecotek? if so u might need to re-adjust it and make sure that its sealed properly.

Dazz F has just had his on the rollers with a hillpower chip, induction kit and magnex exhaust and was making around 165bhp..nice. With cams and a sorted head I think you should see 180-185bhp.

I got mine cheap but I think they are about £80. There are some crap ones out there which use sh*te material. Basicaly you couldent see the 6x9s even with a torch looking through the back window. They are covered by a fine mesh and the the material on top.
