Haven't played for about 3 months so had a go last night. Finally unlocked the M95, f**king loud. Generally had a good laugh, shot down a couple of choppers with the AA gun. Forgot how much fun it was but took me a while to remember the controls, kept throwing random grenades by accident. Can't...
I'm the same with assault class, haven't touched it except picking up kits mid game. I started with medic and maxed that then mixed it up with recon and engineer.
As with any online game it's not necessarily what kit and guns you have, it's knowing the layout of the maps and the good places for...
Re: Battlefield 3
I couldn't give a s**t as I won't be buying MOH until it's a tenner. BF3 will be a whole new experience if any other BF games are anything to go by. Frostbite 2.0 sounds like it's going to be a good addition.
Tried it out a few times and although it's ok I wasn't overly impressed. Depth of field is noticeable but it looks totally unnatural and you have to sit dead upright for it to work, as soon as you tilt your head slightly it's gone. If anyone manages it on the same scale as the new 3DS...
How are you finding it? Was looking at the NEX-3 as an upgrade from my compact and as far as I can find out the only difference is the casing and it only does 720p. I'm no photographer but would like to get some half decent shots of holidays, my kids etc. I can get them cheap so thought I may...
I did for GTA VC + SA just because they listed all jumps etc and hidden stuff. Since then though the internet has picked up a lot so tend to look there instead.
I'd agree to a point. No one wants a full on simulation, take Vanishing Point on PS1. It was supposed to be very realistic in handling terms and physics. It also made a bit boring, was ok but nothing great. I think there needs to be a healthy balance of fun and realism.
Think they've spent too much time concentrating on the other aspects of the game like Nascar, rallying, GTTV etc. They are trying to make it an all rounder. I just want a decent racing game which I know it will be. I still enjoy GT4 so any improvement on that will be ok for me. I'm not...
I do prefer the view with the bonnet in front of you I'll admit. Just find it easier on driving games. The in car view on GT5P jars as all the cars are left hand drive, unless you can change that?? Even if I did like it you still aren't looking at the inside much so it doesn't really matter how...

So to anyone who's said they won't buy this, if they fix the handling, sfx and any other niggles people have had with previous versions, IF it turns out to be the best most perfect game ever made, and I mean a big IF. Why? Purely out of principle?
I may well hire a purple smoke machine and have the central heating turned up to max, with The Doors - The End on constant loop to get the full effect.
