Ktec? Rstuner is a piece of equipment from www.fastchip.nl I had it for my 182 its well worth the money. Increases drivability but dont expect huge gains.

My clio sounded awesome with 2 10" subs running off a 600w amp not over the top at all. I borrowed my mates 1000w amp and 2 alpine R type 12's and that is what you call loud!! less than 600w is barely worth it imo.

My 182 was making what could be described as a tapping noise just before one of the sparkplugs came loose punching its way through a ht lead. Probably not the same with yours but might be worth a check if you havent done so in a while.

Perfect time to test it is getting onto a motorway hit the switch and tap the button on the steering wheel let go of the throttle and you should be onto a winner.

Also the Cup doesnt come with a jack but doubt you looked in the boot under the carpet :P

That suspension wont be transferrable unless you put 172 hubs on your 1.2 (if thats even possible) and buy 172 coilovers. Strut brace wont eliminate body roll thats down to your suspension. One quick thing when you say turning it into a track car. Do you mean it'll see a track on a monthly...
