let us know how u get on with the brake shuddering... dad has exactly the same problem on his Merc. We managed to get rid of some of it by taking the discs off and cleaning up the hubs etc, make sure there wasnt any rust/s**t stopping them sitting level. Still shudders a little bit tho.

eBay -> buy a ipaq for ~£20 -> load up software (cant remember name) for controlling squeeze box. done.

V6 is fecking awful. i had a '09 Disco TDV6. 26mpg. 11 miles of fuel to overtake a van. just no go in it, ok once up to speed, but took days to get to 60. edit: much worse than a TDI golf.

you might be able to remove the BB email, u'll want the internet tho. BB email is around £10/month i think

BB plans give u the email forwarding service (cost extra £), you dont need that with a iPhone. it would work, but pretty pointless. (just keep the BB ;) )

gold plated cables and b****cks like that are a con. makes very little difference. Copper conducts well enough.

it will support HDCP. i've got a TV that doesnt, its a really cheap horrible LCD thats a fair few years old now. urs will be fine ;)

yeh, it'll still be HD, but it is usually slightly better quality from HDMI
