on the mk3 open the glovebox,pull off the trim above 3 screws iirc,one at back inside the glovebox and one behind the rubber trim where door opens

upgrade or add another earth to the battery first,then if still same upgrade the battery but they do it from standard anyway.i used to sit at night at a junction,turn the wheel and the lights would dim!
there are a few versions.either florida daz's,a connects 2 aux in version or a connects 2 ipod connection which will charge it and allow you to change tracks

not with the mk2 matey.ignore the above comment.you dont have to purchase a lead from renault so long as you dont have any feeds going through the can "hi" and "low" it wont affect it but thats for the mk3
thats down to what i spoke about with the remote lead,on sony/alpine etc the remote lead comes out of the headunit and is separate whereas lg goes straight into clio loom
sorry mate, but talking about an aftermarket headunit only making very little difference,have you checked the spec of a basic aftermarket against a renault
