Looks good mate, vmaxx are abit crashy but not bad for the price, garanteed though you'll miss the cup suspension on the country lanes!

i wasnt on about removing the blower, just removing the aircon and the standard climate control panel working, Laine_16v do you have a picture of your bay with it removed? can you see where the aircon used to be at all?

Right over the next few months i plan on fitting a pure motorsport lightened pully/ aircon removal kit, my question is can i keep the dash buttons or do i need the controls from a cup? (with no aircon) or will the basic heater/blowers work from my climate control dash setup?

Took me and my exhaust builder an hour on a ramp! bit of a pain, so glad i had my exhaust modified like a 182 so its a 20 min job to swap round :)

Re: Bateseys 172.. Cheers matey, yeah been at it a few weeks but only a few hours every weekend, wanted them perfect before they went on :) just testing them out at the mo with some black paint i had lying around to see if they shrink/crack but so far so good :)

Re: Bateseys 172.. Right had a few problems with the car as of late but after a full box rebuild shes back :) Few changes... And made a start to my gear knob insert... Cars going into bodyshop in a weeks time to have some touch up work done so will take pictures when its back :)

Re: Bateseys 172.. Cars got its Mot next week but once its passed it will be going back into the bodyshop for some work, mainly just touch ups but a couple of little changes here and there ;) So i've been working on these the past few weeks and ive slowly got them so their at a good enough...

i was there in my cup, their was a white supercharged 172 that was only getting 15's?? was a nice car non the less

ive not got the harness in ben, ive put the standard belt clip in place, i thought it wouldn't work too well with a bucket seat but with mine it seems to work quite well :)

I've ground down part of the frame from it, and bolted it in place, seems fine, i'll look into ways of modding it next weekend :)

Damn so i cant get them done today, off to pod tomorrow too :( is it safe to chop the standard belt clip up to mount that on for the time being?
