yeah mate you take three images in the same place at different exposure -2, 0 and +2
and then the software merges them together, just fiddle with the options till you find something you like

nice one mate,i dont mean to thread hijack but i have been doing some HDR stuff recently. i got myself a copy of dynamic photo HDR and it is much better than photomatix, you have far more options and the alignment is better, give it a whirl :)

i would use some p40 fibre glass mix, put duct tape across the gap on the outside of the bumper, as it doesnt stick to it then apply the p40 from the back of the bumper, once this has formed a solid layer remove the tape then use p38 body filler and sand till smooth.

there is an easier way mate, plug in your ipod and it will appear as a removable hard drive, right click on it then do view hidden folders, find the music folder, right click that and do view hidden folder, copy the music file to your pc then import it into itunes
easy mate, first off you need photoshop.
duplicate a colour version of the image so you have it on two layers, make the top layer black and white (ctrl, shift, U) and then using the eraser tool or the polygonal lasso draw around the shirt and it will reveal the colour version from the layer below

5) fit and paint...
