Probably around the same as you, 30/35. I got 28mpg average out of a tank once lol. Only time I've ever got 45+mpg was a 5 hour trip at 64mph with one stop. You'll see it sink if you cruise above 3.5k in 5th TBH. Anything below that is sipping territory.

Say standard 172 wheels, have a offset of 48.5. The lower you go the further out the wheel is. Every 1mm more outways the lower the number of offset. Plus if you stick like 20mm spacers on that will lower the offset another 20. That's how I've always known it to be anyways...
