Aye, im still after that classic BBS twin spoke look. Its a shame they dont make more alloys in 16" and with the correct offset. Id of happily paid the £600+ for them. Never mind.
Yeah, I knew they didnt have a 4 stud version, I just wanted to see what they would look like. Alot of BBS' wheels look realtivley the same, so just wondered if a Clio could pull off the look. I quite like that though. Its either going to be BBS or Keskin'.
Thinking of getting some new rimage, and I quite like these. Can someone ps them onto the car? cheers
EDIT: better pic of them, dunno if it'll make life easier.
Im not so sure now. Thinking about a re-furb in anthracite? Never seen anth Pro Race's. If anyone can have a stab at a photo shop, that'd be appreciated.
Edit, better picture
Alot nicer imo. Obviously you fell every bump in the road but it feels alot more composed. I prefer it. I know people say "its impractical etc etc", but so far ive not had a problem with speed bumps, multi story car parks etc. I am thinking about changing the alloys though. I fancy some BBS'...
I thought so too, but actually havent had any trouble. Tyres are actually black, theyve just come up brown there for some reason. Had two coats of tyre shine the other day.
Just a few quick ones. Sorry they're a bit rough, I was shivering like a girl :dapprove:
and one that came out wrong but looks quite cool in a strange sort of way
Think the big part of what you pay for with a Vee is road presence and rarity. You dont see many about, and they really make people stop and have a look. Plus the noise...
Aye, best way to do it is just accept you wont realistically get anything massively fast for a while. Im happy with the way my Dynamique is at the moment and ill just keep this till im earning a good wage and have a few NCBs, then look at something nicer.
Aye, ive been having this problem. Feels like its miss firing some times and it has a horrible tendancy to stall. They (reno) cleaned the throttle body and replaced the TDC, still getting it so im going to have to change the map sensor in the new year. Cost about £60 for the part off 'tinternet...
Im thinking of getting my Pro Race 1.2's refurbed in Anth. Just waiting to get my car lowered next week then ill get a pic and get a photoshop done, see what it looks like.
Neeeemmmmeeeeeessiiiiiiisssss!!!
Watch the first bit again, he sounds like Rocky shouting Nemesis, then he sounds like Ace Ventura shouting "You like it like that!"
I lol'd all the way
Well, I wasnt expecting bomb proof bushes, but id just read on here that the Apex ones were a bit suspect and thought something like a powerflex one would be a safer bet. Could I use Reno bushes as oppose to Apex's?
Do Powerflex actually do bushes to fit clio suspension? Im getting my car lowered on an Apex shocks/springs package but ive been told the stock Apex bushes are toss, so fancied using something that wont die. Been looking at powerflex' site and I cant find any.
This things been doin its rounds on the interweb for a while, but just came across this vid.
